Chinese imports coming into the market. The quality of these
pieces are shameful, unfortunately many people do not know the
difference. Many of these misshapen bronzes look like a chocolate
bunny rabbet that has been left out in the sun to long. And
they do not even closely resemble Remington’s great works.
The fact is 80% import bronzes being sold are colored brass
and these companies do not even hesitate to call them bronze
made with the Lost Wax Process
