All orders are shipped within 24 to 48
hours of purchase. As soon as order
is shipped you will receive a tracking number and confirmation.
If product is not available for immediate shipment you will be
notified within 24 hours and given a tentative ship date.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will
refund your money minus shipping with our 30 day guarantee the product must be
returned in original condition, for damaged goods in shipment
refer to the paragraph below. We do not pay return postage, item must
be returned in original condition. Guarantee does not apply for
custom made bronzes, original numbered pieces or bronzes costing
over $1000. Return shipping is to be taken care of by the buyer.
We are a wholesale foundry and we do this to keep the prices
down for the customer.
For bronzes over 100 pounds: Exchanges or refunds will be made
at the discretion of the management team with a restocking fee
and minus shipping/ freight in both directions. Custom pieces
are not returnable. Colors and details are not guaranteed to be
exact likeness due to different sized bronzes. Patinas are a
chemical process and are not a paint. These are original artwork
items and are not manufactured, therefore every one piece is
unique and one-of-a-kind.
Returns and Exchanges
Once your return has been approved please package in the
original packaging, sometimes it may be necessary to add
additional packaging to keep the piece from moving around. Make
sure to insure your property when returning it as until we
receive the piece and inspect it in good condition it is still
your property. Once we receive your bronze we will credit your
card or issue a check within 7 business days. Shipping costs to
the customer are not refunded, this is due to the high cost of
shipping bronzes. People have asked us to pay shipping cost to
them and this would be impossible to do and stay in business as
many bronzes cost over $50 to ship. If you have any questions

Damaged Goods In Shipment
We must be notified of damage within 5 days of receiving. All
original packing material must be kept for shipping company in
order for insurance to be valid. Replacement or refund will be
issued as soon as inspections of damaged goods has been determined
that product has been damaged in shipment. We will have the
damaged piece picked and will send out a replacement piece as
soon as possible.
Note: No refunds or replacements can be sent
out without having all original packing materials.

Here at Bronze Works we are devoted to serving our customers and
always offer phone support. If you do not feel secure ordering

over the phone, We take personal checks, Cashiers' checks, money
orders, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All
credit card orders over $6000 must be pre-approved.

Monumental Bronze Shipping and Payment Information
Payment for monumental bronze is to be cashier's checks, personal
checks, or wire transfers only. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for
shipment. We do not offer installation services. All sales are
final on monumental and life size pieces. Bronzes will be shipped
by private carrier.
