All orders are shipped within 24 to 48
hours of purchase. As soon as order
is shipped you will recieve a tracking number and confirmation.
If product is not available for immediate shippment you will be
notified within 24 hours and given a tentative ship date.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will
refund your money with our 30 day guarantee the product must be
returned in original condition, for damaged goods in shippment
refer to paragraph below. We do not pay return postage, item must
be returned in original condition. Guarantee does not apply for
custom made bronzes, original numbered pieces or bronzes costing
over $1000.
Damaged Goods In Shippment
We must be notified of damage within 10 days of recieving. All
original packing material must be kept for shipping company in
order for insurance to be valid. Replacement or refund will be
issued as soon as inspections of damaged goods has been determined
that product has been damaged in shippment.
Note: No refunds or replacements can be sent
out without having all original packing materials.

Monumental Bronze Shipping and Payment Information
Payment for monumental bronze is to be cashier's checks, personal
checks, or wire transfers only. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for
shippment. We do not offer installation services. All sales are
final on monumental and life size pieces. Bronzes will be shipped
by private carrier.
